    Thanks for a very interesting article. A lot of people here in South Africa give SA Trace, A supplement that is exactly like the CA trace that’s sold in America. They give it because of the lack of especially Zink and copper in the soil and it contains a very high level of those minerals. Could you please advice what to give instead of a supplement like that if one need to supply more Zink and copper. Thanks so much

      Hi Mamie, Are you asking which whole foods are high in zinc and copper? Kelp is one option–it’s high in trace minerals. You can also look for mineral supplements which have chelated minerals. I don’t know which ones are available in South Africa though. Whole foods/ herbs are another option. They are easily absorbed by the body and less are needed to provide mineral needs.
